Our Roots
HSRealty was established by our Dad – Howie Schmidt in 1981.
As a boutique real estate firm Teri, Tony and Christina have continued the family tradition of providing personalized, expert service to clients. We are proud to continue the family tradition of ‘hard work with a personal touch’. It’s our attentive, personal, and knowledgeable service that makes our company unique in this fast-paced market.

Giving Back
We don’t just work here. We were born and raised here, we live here, and we love our community.
We learned the importance of ‘giving back’ from Howie, and it’s as important now as it was in 1981. HSRealty is proud to sponsor local sports teams, and the Preston Music Festival. Tony has been actively involved in the Preston BIA for over a decade. Teri has led ongoing and major fundraisers for cancer research, ALS research, and was a member of the fundraising committee for the North Dumfries Community Complex. Christina is active in the children’s music scene in Ayr and area, supporting a lifelong love of music in youth.
